- Any return or exchange request or claim not made in accordance with the above provisions will not be processed, considered or accepted.

- Refunds made should be credited to the credit/debit card account used to pay for the goods.
- Goods returned for exchange must be in their original, unaltered condition and original packaging. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or used.
- Damaged or defective goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless you can prove (and such proof is acceptable to us) that the damage, defect or defect was caused by us or our delivery service provider.
