- Subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods, you may make a return or exchange, but you must (i) within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup of the goods (or other deadlines stipulated by law) Make a return or exchange request through the email address specified on this website (usually we will confirm receipt of your return or exchange request by replying to the email within 1 working day after receiving this notification); (ii) Submit the goods together with the original relevant receipt to the above Return it to us within 14 working days from the date of confirmation. You can send it by registered mail to the return address specified on this website; and (iii) return the unused or worn goods to their original condition. , packaging and other additional items such as certificates, gift certificates, gifts, exchange items, etc. should be packaged and returned. If you do not receive confirmation from us within the aforementioned 1-day period, you are responsible for calling our customer service hotline within 7 days from the date of delivery or pick-up of the goods to submit your return or exchange request.
- For return requests made in accordance with the above terms and conditions, we will refund the price you paid for the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions within 30 working days from the date of receipt of your returned goods, excluding any and all applicable taxes and Duties, handling charges, shipping charges, delivery charges and insurance charges. We reserve the right to charge reasonable administrative fees for our processing of your return or refund request.
- Any return or exchange request or claim not made in accordance with the above provisions will not be processed, considered or accepted.
- All costs, expenses and risks arising from or related to returns (including but not limited to shipping charges, delivery charges, insurance charges, handling charges and/or administrative charges) shall be fully borne by you. You may consider purchasing insurance for returned goods, but you will bear the cost and/or risk of any related insurance. Wing Jewelery will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage to goods arising from returns or related matters.
- Refunds made should be credited to the credit/debit card account used to pay for the goods.
- Goods returned for exchange must be in their original, unaltered condition and original packaging. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or used.
- Damaged or defective goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless you can prove (and such proof is acceptable to us) that the damage, defect or defect was caused by us or our delivery service provider.
- Subject to relevant laws and regulations, this right to return or exchange can only be exercised once every 6 months for each registered account and each shipping address. Items cannot be returned more than once.
