- Subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods, you may make a return or exchange, but you must (i) within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup of the goods (or other deadlines stipulated by law) Make a return or exchange request through the email address specified on this website (usually we will confirm receipt of your return or exchange request by replying to the email within 1 working day after receiving this notification); (ii) Submit the goods together with the original relevant receipt to the above Return it to us within 14 working days from the date of confirmation. - Goods returned for exchange must be in their original, unaltered condition and original packaging. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or used.
- Damaged or defective goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless you can prove (and such proof is acceptable to us) that the damage, defect or defect was caused by us or our delivery service provider.
